Any houses within 15 minutes of Lampasas do not have any travel fees.

The travel fee for houses beyond this are $1.2 per mile.

For example, a house in Round Rock will have a travel fee of approximately $70, while south Austin will be ≈$100.
A house in Killeen will be ≈$30, and a house in Temple will be ≈$65.

If we shoot multiple houses in a day with you then the fee is only one-time.

If you are outside of Central Texas and would like to use us for your property, we can travel with appropriate compensation.

A single tour takes no longer than 30 minutes for a house under 1,500 ft².

• If possible, avoid parking in the driveway or in front of the house
• All blinds and curtains need to be opened
• Make sure all light fixtures have a functioning bulb and are on
• Ceiling fans, TVs, and other moving objects need to be turned off
• All interior doors should be open
• Toilets lids should be down
• Pets should be in a cage or off of the property

Don't worry about missing a step, we will double check that conditions are ideal before shooting.

The custom tour can include almost anything you can think of.
